Our price match applies when all of the following conditions are met.
Eligible Conditions
- Product is identical (same brand, model, colour, and specifications)
- Sold and shipped by an authorised Australian retailer
- Item is in stock and available for immediate purchase
- Price does not include bundled offers, cashback, or loyalty reward deductions
- Not a clearance, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sale
- Not a marketplace listing (e.g. eBay, Amazon third-party sellers)

- Refurbished, open-box, or used products
- Bundle deals or free gift promotions

How long does a price match take?
Our support team reviews all price match requests within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST). We'll confirm by email once approved.
Can I price match after I've already purchased?
Yes! If you find a lower price within 7 days of your order, contact us and we'll refund the difference as store credit or to your original payment method.
Do you match prices from Kmart, Big W, or Harvey Norman?
Yes, all major authorised Australian retailers are eligible — including Kmart, Big W, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, and more.
What proof do I need to provide?
A direct link to the product listing clearly showing the current price, or a screenshot with the retailer name, product name, and price visible.
Is there a limit on how many items I can price match?
