1. Free Standard Shipping
Ozzie Direct offers free standard shipping on every order, Australia-wide β no minimum spend, no exceptions. We believe every Australian deserves the same great service regardless of where they live.
Standard shipping is fulfilled by our trusted carrier network, including Australia Post, Aramex, and Toll. The carrier used depends on your location and the size of your order.
2. Express Shipping
Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat fee of $9.95 per order. Express orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
Note: Express shipping is not available for oversized or bulky items (e.g. large furniture, outdoor equipment). This will be indicated at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Orders placed before 2pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
4. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We can deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers for standard-sized items. Oversized or bulky orders require a physical address for delivery.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Ozzie Direct only ships within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned β we're working on expanding our delivery footprint.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place (if authorised), leave a card to collect at your nearest post office, or attempt redelivery.
Ozzie Direct is not responsible for parcels left in a safe place as directed by the customer or carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at support@ozziedirect.com.au. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
8. Bulky & Oversized Items
Some large items (e.g. furniture, large appliances, outdoor items) require special handling and may have longer delivery windows. Estimated delivery times for these items are noted on the product page.
Bulky item delivery is kerbside only unless otherwise stated. White-glove or in-room delivery is not included as standard.
